Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, payment will be collected immediately. If you choose to cancel before your order ships, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply. Cancellations requested after shipping must be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Refused deliveries will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs to and from the delivery address. These charges will be deducted from your refund or charged to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for items with manufacturing or workmanship defects within 30 days of purchase. If we’ve made an error in fulfilling your order—such as shipping the wrong item—you may also return it within the same 30-day window.

Return Authorization
All returns must be approved in advance. You’ll need to request a Return Authorization  number before sending any items back. Instructions for shipping your return will be provided at that time.

Shipping Details

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 10–12 business days. We strive to get your order processed as fast as possible. Grills ship at no cost, and shipping fees apply only to orders under $79 within the continental United States.
